Travel with Ammara acts as a professional visa consultation, documentation curation, and travel logistics facilitation agency. We do not issue visas and have no affiliation with any foreign embassy, high commission, or consulate. The grant or refusal of any visa is solely at the sovereign discretion of the respective immigration authority.
Clients must provide authentic, unaltered, and verifiable information and financial records. Travel with Ammara strictly prohibits the use of falsified bank records or bogus employment papers. We reserve the absolute right to terminate service without refund if intentional fraud is detected.
Government visa application fees (such as UKVI, US MRV, Schengen VFS fees, and IRCC fees) are collected directly by the foreign authorities or their authorized contractors and are strictly non-refundable regardless of whether a visa is granted or refused.
Flight ticket cancellations, reissuances, and date changes are governed by the specific tariff rules and fare basis codes of the issuing airline. Tour cancellations must be notified in writing and may be subject to non-refundable hotel deposits.
